The year 2023-24 has been immensely rewarding. After the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar with Accor Group, where I helped decommission the project in March 2023, I accepted an offer with Rocco Forte Hotel Group in Munich, Germany. This role allowed me to gain valuable experience in Europe, completing my professional portfolio across three continents.

Here are some key achievements:

• Achieved Forbes 5-star standards.
• Implemented effective training practices via video tutorials translated into five languages to accommodate our multinational team. This initiative boosted team motivation, leading to our highest-ever LQA scores in January 2024: Housekeeping service 100%, TurnDown 97.6%, Arrival 94.7%, and Laundry 95.8%.
• Led the digital transformation of the housekeeping department (going paperless) and other hotel sections (Minibar, Concierge) through mobile devices integrated with OPERA Cloud.
• Guest satisfaction peaked through the “Show Me You Know Me” initiative, where selected team members interacted with three guests daily to gather feedback and address concerns in real time. This proactive approach turned constructive feedback into opportunities for improvement while guests were still on the premises.
