I introduced innovative activities during Housekeeping Week 2023, such as stairway marathons and bed-making challenges, to improve efficiency and knowledge. I also emphasized sustainability and cost-awareness, leading to service improvements and cost reductions. As a result, guest satisfaction on Booking.com increased from 8.4 in 2023 to 8.6 in 2024.
