Your major achievements in the past year 

In 2023-2024, we advanced from #30 to #2 in online guest satisfaction, showcasing our relentless commitment to excellence in housekeeping services. We successfully launched a sustainable guest amenities program, focusing on eco-friendly products and practices, reducing our environmental footprint while enhancing the guest experience.

We developed tailored SOPs specifically addressing the unique layout of our resort and our focus on serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI), diplomats, royal families, and VVIPs.


Additionally, our emphasis on team development resulted in multiple internal promotions, fostering a culture of growth and excellence among our staff. We achieved a 95% score in two consecutive mystery audits, further emphasizing our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service.


I lead with a focus on fostering a sense of ownership within my team, empowering them to go above and beyond their duties. I consistently strengthen relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

As the Director of Housekeeping at The Chedi Katara Hotel, I have successfully implemented rigorous standards across all 91 keys, leading to an outstanding 98% guest satisfaction rate. My focus on eco-friendly practices has reduced our environmental footprint by 30%, showing that operational efficiency and sustainability can coexist to enhance guest experiences.
