I am proud to lead one of the largest and most successful housekeeping teams in the region. Under my leadership, we have modernized housekeeping practices by integrating QMS (Maintenance System) and implementing digital room CMX systems. We are on track to achieve our goal of becoming eco-friendly and plastic-free with a minimal carbon footprint by next year. Our cleanliness scores are ahead of the regional average, and the guest room experience exceeds regional benchmarks. 

Over the past year, I have audited housekeeping standards, written articles promoting sustainability, and encouraged collaboration among housekeepers in Kuwait. I have traveled internationally to speak on sustainability, including in Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and at the International Housekeepers Meet in Lucknow.

As a RISE candidate (Women in Leadership) recognized by IHG, I have been acknowledged for my leadership qualities. I have received several prestigious industry awards, including the MECHF Award, Service Excellence Award, Best Regional Housekeeper Award, and Power Woman in Cleaning in the Middle East. In addition to my professional work, I serve as President of the Housekeepers Association in Kuwait and as the Sustainability Champion of Kuwait.
