I led the streamlining process of receiving guest feedback through Fast Review. This innovative tool simplifies the review process with a single tap. Guests can quickly provide their feedback by tapping on their mobile devices, which will then display all review channels (such as Booking.com, Google, and TripAdvisor). They can effortlessly write and submit their feedback across these platforms, making it easier than ever for them to share their experiences.

During the past year, I was honored with recognition from several esteemed industry publications.

We are committed to enhancing our environmental responsibility by implementing a range of sustainable practices. Our initiatives include:

  • Waste Reduction and Segregation
  • Eco-Friendly Products
  • Energy Efficiency 

As the leader of the department, I am deeply committed to talent development. This approach has led to several successful promotions within our team. We promoted a few room attendants to team leader positions and elevated one of our supervisors to a senior supervisor role. 

I believe cross-training is one of the most effective strategies for managing employee shortages and enhancing operational flexibility. By equipping our staff with a diverse set of skills, we create versatile employees capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
