Citymax Hotels planted 26 tree(s) under the “For Our Emirates We Plant” campaign By Emirates Environmental Group (EEG) in year 2023 for collecting 5,396 kgs of Paper, 3,412 Kgs of Plastic, 150 kgs of Aluminum cans and 295 kgs of Glass. Citymax Hotels already qualified to plant 10 tree(s) for ongoing campaign By Emirates Environmental Group (EEG) in year 2024 for collecting 1,244 Kgs of Plastic and 400 kgs of Glass.

The hotel also achieved 49% Reduction  in collection of general waste skip. I spoke at the SUPER KEEPERS OLYMPICS panel discussion on the topic “ WHERE ARE THE TRUE SAVING FROM HOUSEKEEPING”. 

I am at the helm of driving various initiatives at the 2 properties Citymax hotel Al Barsha At The Mall and Citymax Hotel Al Barsha. That’s 496 rooms with an average annual occupancy of 93 percent and 9 Food & Beverage outlets. 

I consistently exhibited exemplary leadership skills, effectively managing and motivating a diverse team of 48 housekeeping staff including outsourced resources from various nationalities.

I also implemented effective cost control measures without compromising on quality standards resulting in DOP of 81.90% vs 78.90% budgeted DOP. And for accommodation squad audit hotel achieved 95% vs 88% target for the last financial year.
