A great achievement is where you’ve got to have good review scores indeed for a true experience housekeeper and I proved to be the one.  Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel scored 98% in 2023, the highest compared to the competitive five-star hotels.  While, for Coral Beach Resort Sharjah, I achieved 99% in 2023 highest amongst the competitive four-star hotels. 

I achieved a Quality Audit by Hospitality Management Holding score of 97.57% for Coral Beach Resort Sharjah, the highest ever rating got by the hotel. 

During my entire services in hospitality industry, I have been recognized in his work through numerous tokens of appreciation:

• Award for the top 30 most popular Housekeeping Leader 2023 from Hospitality Group.
• Featured in the Housekeepers Power List 2023 from Clean Middle East.

I am also an advocate of a sustainable environment.  I ensure that there is Waste Management in the Housekeeping Department. 
I also implemented the reuse of discarded linen by transforming it into reusable bags which were distributed to all the staff for them to use in their shopping, groceries.
