• Facilitated in installation and opening of central Laundry. My involvement was from the conceptual stage, and it was a unique experience working with a project team to accommodate washing and processing linen of 20,000 kgs per day.
  
• Introduced sustainable large amenity bathroom products to eliminate the single use plastic bath product packaging going into landfill.
  
• Enhanced guest experience by curating amenities for guests which facilitated in providing guest service which not only was personal but also practical daily use.
  
• Arranged a soft service skills professional training for the outsourced colleagues who are in guest facing areas. 

I deserve to be in the Housekeepers list as I continue to make impactful contributions to the workplace and community holistically.  As an advocate of sustainable practices and playing a vital role in the hospitality setting and showcasing my commitment for a positive change.

In my 22 years of continuous and progressive growth in the housekeeping, rooms operations and facilities management has made me resilient by overcoming challenges and persevering in difficult situations has demonstrated my strength and determination.
