During 2023-2024 I had a trip to Hyatt Regency Aqaba, Jordan. It was an opportunity to assist in restructuring and improving the work of the HK department. We did two great IHW celebrations of IHW in Doha and in Aqaba! I had a chance to develop new HK associates and to give them opportunities with professional growth. 

Another incredible moment was when I was chosen as a speaker during the HK/LY Clean Middle East summit hosted in Qatar, Doha.  We had a nice time to discuss challenges and new waves of housekeeping and laundry operations. 

Women@Hyatt - is a global Hyatt Ladies community which is supporting and influencing Female promotions and professional growth. We had an annual plan and did 4 nice events for the Hyatt Ladies in Doha. 

I have over 20 years of HK experience and I was working in different countries like: Central Asia- Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan; Middle East - UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain; Russia - Moscow, Sochi. All these experiences of different cultures and mindsets are showing that the same standards of cleaning are applicable everywhere.
