
My team achieved high performance across key parameters: Cleanliness at 98.5% (+0.5% vs target), Working Order at 91.4% (+1.4%), and Customer Service at 77.9% (+7.9%). All goals were met for both quarters, with 100% completion on all three parameters.
Our CES score improved to 88.8% (+1.8%). A 100% succession plan for high-potential employees resulted in 60 hours of training per employee. Four team members were promoted, 12 transferred to other departments, and six were placed in sister properties. The integration of a 12-point Forbes checklist helped achieve quarterly benchmarks, with recognition in two new categories: Forbes Champion (Cleanliness) and Culture Champion (Product Knowledge).
The rooms profitability reached 82.9% (+0.5% vs target), while the Laundry Department maintained profitability at 98.6%.
