- I was Promoted to Senior Director of Housekeeping EMEA.

• Established SIRA Certification and Recertification Program - Self Inspection Room Attendant Program (Currently 7 SIRA). 
• Preparation for the opening of Four Seasons Residence Suites Bahrain and assisting in the pre-opening of other Four Seasons Property in EMEA.
• Worked on the implementation of all the Environmental procedures during 2023.  Eliminating the plastic water bottles, Single use plastic amenities (Liquid & Dry) replacing them by Environmentally friendly products.
• Creating a full kids Amenities program which was used as a model by other Four seasons Hotels in the region including environmentally friendly liquid amenities, coloring books, toys etc... taking into consideration the hotel & country themes.
• Highest Medallia Scores since 2019 in Guestrooms & Cleanliness.
• Highest LQA Scores in Housekeeping Overall Rating
• Completed the full Perfect Room Program in 2023 for all the hotel rooms and outlets.
• Increasing Awareness of Guest Experience for the hotel team by creating a weekly presentation about Medallia Scores & guest comments and recognizing their efforts through sharing the positive guest comments.
• Taking care of the wellbeing of the team by exercising during morning briefings (Zumba, Aerobics, etc...) - Team Gatherings, outings and the successful housekeeping international week.
