I achieved a 95% score in the LQA audit for both Housekeeping and Laundry departments, including HK arrival, turndown service, laundry valet, service delivery, and public area cleanliness. My team also scored 99% in ALL Safe protocols, Accor's sanitization and disinfection system.

We obtained a 95% satisfaction rate in the annual staff survey (TSS) for the Housekeeping and Laundry departments and reduced staff turnover by 18% compared to 2022.

Additionally, we reached a 96% overall cleanliness score for both rooms and public areas through the "Trust You" survey platform (Accor GSTS system).

Decreased the cost per occupied room by 45% compared to 2022 and collaborated with the hotel management team to secure Green Globe Sustainable certification for Sofitel Legend Old Cataract Hotel.

Moreover, I lead the "My Bed" project, upgrading bedding in all rooms to meet Accor brand standards and adopted eco-friendly laundry operations 

At Marriott International, I contributed to ranking within the top five Le Méridien hotels in cleanliness across 34 properties in the MEA region (2022-2023).
