In 2023, I had the honor of being nominated as the Leader of the Quarter for our hotel, a recognition that I am incredibly proud of.

In addition to this, I successfully achieved the best Quality Assurance score in the hotel, with an impressive 98.9 rating.  Furthermore, I successfully completed my studies in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida Athletic University. I was awarded the Clean Middle East Excellence Award in Housekeeping, making it to the prestigious Housekeeping Power List's

Throughout my 14 years in housekeeping, I have consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing top-notch housekeeping services. I take great pride in my work and always strive for excellence in everything I do.

I understand the importance of providing exceptional customer service in the housekeeping industry. My ability to communicate effectively with clients and address their needs has contributed to my reputation as a trusted and reliable housekeeper.

I have a collaborative spirit and work well with others in a team environment. I have also taken on leadership roles in previous positions, where I have successfully mentored and trained other housekeeping staff.
