Reflecting on my journey through 2023 and 2024, I see a year marked by transformative achievements in the hospitality industry that underscores my qualifications for the Housekeeper's Power List. 

My role in the pre-opening of Six Senses Southern Dunes in July 2023 was a significant milestone, involved strategic planning and collaboration that led to a seamless launch, setting a high standard for service excellence. Following this, my consulting work in Kuwait allowed me to significantly enhance housekeeping performance at a leading resort, implementing innovative strategies that directly improved guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. My passion for interior design has also been a hallmark of my career; I have creatively transformed the decor for hotel events, crafting unique experiences that leave lasting impressions on guests. 

Leadership is another cornerstone of my philosophy, as I focus on empowering housekeeping teams, through training programs that foster professional growth and collaboration. The positive testimonials I receive from colleagues and clients highlight my ability to drive change and elevate service standards.
