GRAND IFTAR CELEBRATION

Power Group Facilities Management Services hosted more than 500 people for a Grand Iftar Celebration event to mark the holy month of Ramadan. The event was held at Millennium Airport Hotel in Dubai on April 8th, 2023 and welcomed Power Group’s clients, suppliers, VIP guests and Power Group Facilities Management Services staff.

The event began with a recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by a welcome speech from the Joint MD of Power Group Facilities Management Services, Mr. Mohamed Amirkhan.

After the speech, the guests were invited to open their fast. Throughout the evening, guests were entertained by traditional music, amazing performances by Acrobats and Egyptian folk dancers, and a mesmerizing whirling dervish show. There were also activities for children, a 360 photo booth, giveaways, quiz games, bingo games, acrobat tanoura dance, etc.

As the night drew to a close, Dr Mohamed Jahir Hussain, the Managing Director and Vice Chairman of Power Group Facilities Management Services, shared the news of the upcoming Power 2.0, which is all about digital transformation, and that Power Group Facilities Management Services is now a Total Facilities Management (TFM) solution provider. He spoke about embracing change with digitization and adapting to advanced facilities management software and technologies that reduce human intervention. The event also saw the launch of the following new things:

• Eco-friendly machines like ice blasting solutions, drone cleaning, etc.
• Quickly working handy scrubber, which is Y mop
• One-stop-solution power pro mobile app
• Enhanced our eCommerce platform.
• Fully-fledged technological orientation
• Simplified implementation of EFQM methodology to provide better facilities services.

Mr. Mohamed Iftakhar, GM of Power Group Facilities Management Services, thanked everyone for attending and wished them a blessed Ramadan. The guests left the event feeling uplifted and inspired, with a renewed sense of community and purpose.

POWER GROUP HOSTED A GRAND EVENT TO CELEBRATE INTERNATIONAL LABOR DAY

Power Group also organized a grand celebration on the occasion of International Labor Day. The event, held at the Jebel Ali Labor Camp, was a resounding success, with over 600 people participating. The event kicked off with a vibrant and exciting atmosphere. The audience was treated to a cultural extravaganza to celebrate the Labor Day. The highlight of the event was the awards ceremony, which recognized and appreciated the contributions of 150 employees, managers, and department heads. These individuals were celebrated for their hard work, dedication, and outstanding performance in 2022. Suppliers of Power Group were presented special mementos as a token of appreciation.

Power Group also recognized outstanding performers in various categories. The event drew to a close with a power flag show and a vote of thanks from the GM of Power Group.
