This translates into 100 percent renewal of the contracts for Khidmah, following a year full of dedication, outstanding service and client satisfaction.
The Khidmah projects for which contracts are renewed include MAG 214 and Lake Shore Towers in Dubai and 19 properties of Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) in Abu Dhabi.

During the last year of contract, Khidmah provided various FM services to two towers in Dubai including cleaning, MEP, landscaping, pool maintenance, civil works, pest control and specialized contract services and reactive and planned maintenance services to ADJD properties.
Under the terms of the renewed contracts, Khidmah will continue to provide various facilities management and maintenance services to these clients. In addition, Khidmah will also work towards meeting energy performance targets set for the two towers in Dubai.
Khidmah possesses an impressive portfolio of properties under management, which includes villa communities, residential units and commercial towers for leading developers as well as individual owners in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Dubai.
It also includes 234 Mosques for Musanada and buildings for government institutions such as municipality and judicial departments in Abu Dhabi.
