Fine Solutions, the away-from-home division of Fine Hygienic Holding (FHH) – one of the world’s leading wellness groups and MENA’s leading manufacturer of hygienic products – has reaffirmed its commitment to health, hygiene, and safety practices across the region by becoming Diamond Sponsor for the Middle East Cleaning, Hygiene and Facilities (MECHF) Awards 2021.

It is a time to reflect on all the hard work that has gone into products and services that have truly made our lives easier during the global COVID-19 pandemic.”

The sponsorship follows several of Fine Solutions’ own initiatives undertaken over the past 24 months to raise the bar for standards for dining and medical facilities within MENA, ultimately benefitting the end-user.

Its dining hygiene and safety program, Fine Dine, has registered more than 650 restaurants and cafes across the UAE, KSA, Jordan, and Egypt since launching in 2019. It is an evidence-based initiative that helps businesses and establishments achieve the highest level of hygiene, ensuring they are equipped with essential hygiene solutions such as sterilized facial tissues and hand towels, antiviral personal protective equipment (PPE) as well as soap and anti-bacterial hand sanitizing gel dispensers.

Meanwhile, the Medical Wellness Aspire Program and Hygiene Affiliate Program enrolled nearly 500 healthcare institutions across the UAE, KSA, Jordan, and Egypt. All the medical facilities underwent a thorough evaluation conducted by Fine’s Hygiene experts followed by the installation of world-class hygiene solutions and sterilized products, such as sterilized facial tissues and hand towels.

“As industry leaders, we have a responsibility to the communities we serve. That’s not something we take lightly at Fine; just ‘good enough isn’t in our vocabulary,” explained Lafferty.  “We not only want to set the standard for health and hygiene across the board in the region but also keep raising it. That bar was set with our initial programs but what comes next? How do we build on this foundation to ensure the standard continues to improve – that’s what my thought process and drive are for Fine.”
