Your journey as a woman in the cleaning industry

Although progress has been made towards achieving gender parity, there is still much work to be done. The cleaning sector may put forth numerous difficulties and obstacles for women. However, recognising the valuable contributions that women make to the cleaning industry is extremely crucial and enormous. Their extraordinary skills, keen attention to detail, and many other remarkable abilities have contributed to the industry to flourish more. Furthermore, women have also been at the vanguard of creating new techniques, strategies, and technologies in cleaning, all of which have revolutionised the sector tremendously. I’ve had the opportunity to explore new possibilities throughout my journey thus far as the Director of Soft Services, which has been both creative and challenging.
