 Back in 2015, Twister Technical and Cleaning Services LLC was launched as a housekeeping and cleaning services company. We carved a niche for ourselves in the professional cleaning and hygiene industry and then ventured into what is now our stronghold - floor care. Three years back, we acquired the best possible floor care team. This team brought in extensive experience and with its help, we’ve been able to aim for the best results, best partnerships, and impeccable services to all our clients.

Tell us about your cleaning services

We provide tailor made floor care solutions. We understand and adjust to your needs and always give honest advice. We do a wide range of floor restoration, maintenance, and a variety of special treatments to ensure that your floors always look the best. We have a strong team, that are masters of their skill and don’t settle for anything less than the best. Our expert cleaners also provide housekeeping and disinfection solutions for the hospitality and healthcare sector.

 How have your cleaning services evolved in the past 2 years?

We have been at the forefront in the hospitality industry providing some of the best trained cleaners – our clientele is among the top brands in Dubai. We progressed into floor care solutions, giving us a new platform to conquer. Our prime focus to start with was stone floors, but we have slowly progressed into all types of flooring such as vinyl, wood, concrete etc. Providing unique solutions to rejuvenate floors across a variety of different clients in the market. Disinfection services were introduced during the pandemic, and we have provided a safe environment in prominent properties. Another big part of our evolution is steadily going greener and using eco-friendly chemicals and Materials.

 Which current technologies are you using in your cleaning services?

We use machines from renowned and leading manufacturers of floor management equipment. Our aim is to work smarter, thus we continuously invest into larger machines to guarantee quality, efficiency, and profitability.

 Tell us about your most significant company milestones in 2021

We’ve had several milestones during 2021 – This year has been interesting, as it was uncertain to start with, but by not compromising on our quality and workmanship we have been able to not only sustain ourselves, but also add on several new clients. We have disinfected over 1.000.000 sqm during the pandemic, and are still going strong. We have also been working with an exclusive 5-star property, providing full restoration of 25.000 sqm. We can proudly say we live up to the trust and confidence expected by our clients in terms of quality and workmanship.
