I feel a sense of joy and accomplishment when I share my knowledge with my team, preparing them to succeed in the industry and progress to higher positions.

Gender related challenges in your career
Although there are numerous male housekeepers, particularly in the Middle East, female housekeepers are frequently favored due to our "feminine touch." I am aware that my male counterparts are also performing exceptionally well, however, it appears that there is a stereotype associated with housekeeping, with women being frequently linked to this particular occupation.

Advice to young women who aspire to pursue a career in the cleaning industry

Throughout my experience, I have observed that women thrive in the cleaning industry, mainly due to their exceptional organizational skills and commitment to ongoing education in technology and work processes. As the cleaning industry has undergone significant advancements over the years, continuous learning has become a crucial element in remaining competitive in this sector.
