Tanzifco was established in 1963 in Kuwait. Today, as a strong regional player, our operations span across the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Egypt, India, Nepal and Sri Lanka as well. Our services include soft FM services. Further, through our sister company, Tanzifco Express, we provide specialized soft services while serving one– time requirements across the government and private sectors with our trained and certified human capital. We have our own in-house training centre.

Tell us about your cleaning services

 We provide not only general cleaning as per international standards, but also pest control, security services (Dubai) as Fist Security and Safety, external façade and internal cleaning at heights (rope access, cradle and scaffolding), waste collection, provision of office boys and girls, housekeeping, porter and landscaping across prestigious government & private sector projects.

How have your cleaning services evolved in the past 2 years?

The success of the Company’s vision stands ratified by the fact that despite the challenging scenarios surrounding us, we have stood firm in the last two years, while providing professional service to the government and private sector clients. We have grown intrinsically at the micro and macro level – working together with clients as associates and a trusted partner.

Which current technologies are you using in your cleaning services?

 Tanzifco as an organization always strives to stay abreast with new developments in the cleaning service industry, and hence, select equipment and products that align properly with cleaning requirements for the customer’s facility. Tanzifco’s Operations team always keeps reinventing itself – be it responding to urgent situations effectively or using green chemicals or providing trained manpower with a quick turnaround time.

 Tell us about your most significant company milestones in 2021

The first-mover advantage works well in any industry. And we were amongst the first to be certified for the disinfection services by the Municipality in the times of the pandemic. In the year 2021, we have managed to present a comprehensively safe and unique package which includes hygiene and disinfection – much to our clients’ satisfaction; we focus on our core competence while delighting the customer.
