Through his leadership as a Housekeeper at Ritz Carlton Jeddah hotel, cleanliness, brand standards and leading the quality assurance audit won us top ratings and as a champion of commitment to clean Marriott program of the hotel, he was able to successfully implement the COVID-19 protocols.
Syed believes the key for success is teamwork, training and communication in housekeeping and the best example in COVID-19 where there is new information arriving daily.
What drives him are his people, rejuvenation of the work environment, challenges, developing and empowering the team, celebrating the achievements and creating legendary experiences for internal and external guests.
He pays attention to the detail and is fortunate enough to be selected as a quality assurance team for most of his career. Syed has gained knowledge by working in different roles from pre-opening team, front desk agent, public area attendant to director of housekeeping and from different luxury brands One & Only Royal Mirage,The Ritz Carlton Dubai, Sharq Village & Spa , The Ritz Carlton Riyadh and Jeddah. Working with different world claws luxury brands gave him a chance to acquire more in depth knowledge and enhance my hospitality skills.
