Sushma is a visionary leader and she can see beyond the present moment, into the future. This takes creativity, wisdom, out-of-the-box thinking, and an understanding of cause and effect, as well as knowledge of the end result of where you want to go. She is an energetic and vibrant hotelier with more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry who started her career with Oberoi Hotels in India. In her role today, Sushma heads the Housekeeping Department in Crowne Plaza West Bay Doha. Aside from this, she also serves as the Hotel Experience Champion, creating and spearheading engaging activities not just for the guests but also for the team. 

Sushma is a true leader who always thinks of her team first. She is resilient, empathetic and a very good listener. Her leadership style is very different where she empowers individuals to take decisions and supports them.
