Pierre Renno is the Director of Housekeeping at Four Seasons Bahrain Bay. Originally Lebanese, he holds a Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management from the Faculty of Business Administration at Notre Dame University, NDU, Lebanon. 

Pierre started his career in 2008 in The Luxurious 5 stars Hotel in Beirut, Intercontinental Phoenicia as Housekeeping Supervisor and worked his way up to reach the Housekeeping Manager position after passing through all the sections within the department.

In 2018, Pierre was head hunted by Four Seasons Hotel Beirut for the position of Assistant Director of Housekeeping and got the chance to handle the department in the most difficult and challenging period that the country passed through during the revolution, moving Forward to its peak after Beirut Port Explosion in August 2020. In 2021 and after the closing procedure that was done for Four Seasons Hotel Beirut, Pierre got promoted and transferred to Four Seasons Bahrain Bay in his current capacity as Director of Housekeeping. Pierre was assigned on Taskforce to Four Seasons Prague in December 2019 to assist in managing the Housekeeping Department in the busy festive season operation.

Pierre also lead the Hygiene committee in the pandemic period where they implemented together all the measures needed for COVID-19 in guest rooms and public areas in collaboration with John Hopkins University to make sure to provide a safe environment for our guests.

Pierre Holds many years of experience in the Housekeeping Department and got many Awards from Both IHG & Four Seasons like Training Manager of the year 2017, Manager of the quarter 4 2018 and developed many training tools in both properties that enhanced a lot the quality and guest experience.
