
Pamini Hemaprabha, an international hospitality expert, author and a seasoned hotelier with 18 years of international luxury hospitality experience in senior leadership roles. A proud recipient of more than 10 international awards and an expert in her field. Pamini has worked in more than 8 countries and her experience is one of its kind.
Her journey began with ITC park Sheraton in 2003 after graduating in Gold Medallist in Hotel Management from Bharthiar university. Pamini went through her first role through campus placement and there on move on to ITC Windsor Manor in Bangalore. She then joined Grand Ashoka and shifted her base to Dubai in 2006 with Grand Hyatt. Pamini was then selected to be part of the pre-opening team of Raffles Dubai in 2007 and quickly moved up the ranks with her sheer passion and professionalism. Pamini then took her directorial debut position as an Executive Housekeeper in Fairmont Cairo. She then relocated back to Kempinski Mall of Emirates as Executive Housekeeper and won many accolades within the industry and company. She was then made regional rooms specialist within Kempinski which allowed her to facilitate housekeeping training courses in Myanmar, Doha, Kigali, Vienna etc. Post this, she took up her iconic role in Emirates Palace as an Executive Housekeeper. Then she held some complex and cluster roles with Marriott and Ajman hotels. She is now currently embarking on her yet another iconic journey as Director of Services with Peninsula London. She is part of the pre-opening team and is basking on the success of her career graph.
