Minar Aliyar is a professional housekeeper with more than 18 years of experience with various international 4 and 5-star hotel chain properties. He has 10 years of experience in individually managing the housekeeping & laundry operations successfully comprising teams of diverse nationalities. 

He has worked in India and several GCC countries which include Kuwait, Qatar and UAE. Minar is an expert in hotels rebranding, renovation, refurbishment & pre - opening projects. Some of the pre-opening projects include hotels with large inventories of even 700 plus guest rooms with reputable luxury hospitality brands such as Accor, Radisson & Marriott. He is well versed with converting operational service apartments to hotels, snagging and obtaining handovers directly from contractors for new and existing properties. Minar also has a good knowledge of interior designing, including floor finishes, carpets, upholsteries, soft surface furnishings and designed colour themes. 

He is a certified departmental trainer and specialised in procurement for hotels. Currently He is the Executive Housekeeper, managing the Housekeeping and Laundry department for the Guinness Records winner for the tallest Hotel Tower in the World – The Gevora Hotel Dubai , a posh gold themed Hotel comprising 529 rooms.
