Being in the hospitality industry for over 14 years, Kamal brings extensive knowledge of housekeeping operations & hotel management.
Kamal is known to have impressive observation skills that help him to inspect all hotel facilities for the highest maintenance and cleanliness standards. He has been successful in achieving perfect audit scores and securing multiple international safety and hygiene certificates for the three hotels.
Kamal actively participates in workshops to improve his knowledge of overall hotel operations that help with quality assurance and quality control. Wyndham hotels Ajman has maintained a consistent occupancy of 90 percent and above since 2020 and Kamal has played an important role in creating guest loyalty. Kamal has trained his team to prioritise guest satisfaction above all. He implemented an in-stay survey for the three hotels that helps to identify the specific needs and requirements of the guests. The in-stay survey resulted in the reduction of negative post-stay feedback as the majority of issues are resolved on-site.
