My impact on housekeeping lies in professionalism and well planned training. By investing in my own professional development, I gained more skills and trained my team as well. I also embraced technology to improve efficiency. Using proper and updated technology cleaning systems and tools helped me to improve the quality and efficiency of cleaning and washing services. We use a centralised system that allows us to track and manage guest requests and maintenance orders on time. We invested in our people to keep them developed also to keep introducing new leaders to the markets every now and then

The challenges you faced in your housekeeping career
Housekeeping is a physically demanding job which might cause medical challenges. We have been working on this challenge by proper training for the team and applied safety precautions.

Another challenge is the time pressure. There is always limited time to perform housekeeping tasks. We came up with a proper time management system.
