Ibrahim Moawad has almost 20 years of experience in all operational related projects related to hotels and resorts. These experiences allow him to speak in many Middle East and Africa International online sessions and webinars.
One of Ibrahim's strengths is exceeding targets especially in terms of guest satisfaction, budgeting, financial objectives, leadership, business awareness plus people development adhering company policy and brand standards.
Ibrahim has supported the hospitality field by preparing many of the leaders in many countries during the last 20 years. He is still working to keep them all and others as well updated about hotel management skills.
Ibrahim was lucky to join one of the most professional hospitality Pre-Opening Team while attended Four Seasons Resort Sharm ELsheikh from 2002-
2007 as One of Rooms Operation. In February 2007, he joined Hyatt Regency Sharm Elsheikh as Assistant Housekeeping Manager where he completed all Hyatt Training Workshops and Online Courses cooperated with Harvard American University. In January 2008, He was promoted to be the head of the housekeeping department. From November 2008 until December 2018, he was a part of Hilton Hotels and Resort as Director of Housekeeping, Laundry, Recreation, Quality Assurance and Landscape.
Ibrahim has received many international Awards with Hilton such as Blue Energy Award among 270,000 Nominees, champion of Blue Energy, Champion of Operational Excellence Egypt, SALT pregame champion etc.
In January 2019, he joined Accor International Hotels and Resorts as Director of Housekeeping Operation Quality Assurance. He is in charge of 1500 Guest Rooms with Laundry and operation in Saudi Arabia.
