Akshi is the Association Head of The KHH the Kuwait Housekeepers Hub and is a proud member for organisation of the HORECA in Kuwait .

The Housekeeping practices are very contemporary which interface with QEMS (Maintenance system) and heavily into systematic room and area checks by a digital system called” I CLEAN” . Most latest and eco friendly chemicals are used from Diversey and hotels are targeted to be plastic free by the next two years. Recycling and carbon reduction is a main key driver . There is heavy focus on Training and there are designated departmental trainers to ensure brand compliance as well as to ensure there is growth and motivation in the team. There is a state of the art laundry she manages which has the latest machines and uses eco friendly chemicals.
