Distinguished as a frontrunner within the industry, Isnaad adheres rigorously to global benchmarks, as evidenced by its ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001 certifications. HOW IT BEGAN

Established in 2013 as a response to the diverse service demands from Imdaad Group's clients, Isnaad has evolved from being a subsidiary into a pivotal player within the UAE's soft services sector. The catalyst for Isnaad's ascendancy can be attributed to its rapid operational expansion and successful foray into novel domains, including but not limited to, hospitality and leisure, retail, and education. A significant driver of this ascent was Isnaad's strategic entry into the leisure and hospitality segment, a domain that conventionally retained cleaning and housekeeping in-house. Isnaad seized this exceptional prospect and emerged as a key contender. Noteworthy projects within this sector that Isnaad has undertaken encompass Queen Elizabeth 2, Dubai Sports Council, and Blue Waters by Meraas.

Isnaad's progress is mirrored in its accreditations. It obtained its inaugural BICSc accreditation in 2013, followed by its designation as a BICSc-accredited training center in 2021. Furthermore, Isnaad is currently in the process of securing its IRATA certification.

OVERCOMING CHALLENGES IN FACADE CLEANING, SWIMMING POOL CLEANING AND WATER TANK CLEANING

FAÇADE CLEANING CHALLENGES

  1. Different façade design, materials and position of the building require site specific subject matter experts to implement and run several tests for effective and shorter completion days. Thus, site specific cleaning methods will be created to avoid any unforeseen events or property damages.
  2. Sustainability in façade cleaning in order to save natural resources, is a challenge due to the nature of weather in the UAE.

SWIMMING POOL CHALLENGES

  1. One of the major challenges in swimming pool cleaning are small objects such as metal or plastic.
  2. Excess usage of body grease products (sun lotions, protectors etc) as it causes the water quality to drop drastically. Isnaad places a lot of sensors in swimming pools that alert any sudden changes in the water.
  3. Algae flourish in pool water due to sunlight and weather conditions in the UAE.

WATER TANK CLEANING CHALLENGES

  1. As most of the water tanks are located on the roof or in open space facing direct sunlight, the challenge is common as frequent changes in temperature promotes bacterial growth and contamination.

MEASURES TO OVERCOME

  1. Proper Training: Ensuring cleaners are adequately trained to use equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
  2. Routine Maintenance: Regular cleaning and maintenance as per regulations help prevent major issues from arising.
  3. Use of Technology: Isnaad employs specialized cleaning equipment, tools, and monitoring systems for efficient and effective cleaning.
  4. Safety Measures: Isnaad prioritizes safety with appropriate personal protective equipment and adherence to safety guidelines.
  5. Environmental Considerations: Choosing eco-friendly cleaning agents and methods to minimize environmental impact.
  6. Modern technologies employed

Swimming Pool Cleaning:

  1. Implemented real time Iot sensors to monitor the water quality, temperature and chlorine level.
  2. Swimming pool cleaning robots implemented with mobile applications with real time completion notification over Bluetooth connectivity.
  3. SOS smart watch implementation
  4. Manikin as adult and toddler size for CPR feedback and monitored by mobile application with detailed report during the span of the CPR session. If successful it will provide a certification with the score.

Water Tank Cleaning:

  1. Implemented backpack battery operated motor scrubbers to execute the task to scrub all surfaces in the water tank.
  2. Currently working on UV filtration and disinfection as additional step towards sustainability as well disinfected apart from disinfection chemical implementation
