Advice to young women who aspire to pursue a career in the cleaning industry

The science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) field is distinguished by a constant gender gap worldwide. This gap starts in the education system, with the belief that certain roles are better suited to men and consequently, women choosing STEM careers often work in a male-dominated environment.

So, we as women are even more important in the tech’ cleaning industry, Why?

  • We must support our daughters, sisters, friends and all our young women with drive and ambition.
  • We must be confident, and never undervalue ourselves or lose faith in our ability.
