Emrill Services chosen as FM partner for The Torch in Dubai Marina

 

Select Group, one of the leading private real estate companies in the UAE, announced appointing Emrill Services LLC as its facilities management partner for its world’s tallest 86-floor residential tower, The Torch at Dubai Marina.

Commenting on this contract with Emrill, Paul Brady, director of Asset Management at Select Group, said that this facilities management partner was selected following an extensive tendering process:

“Emrill’s proven experience and capabilities in providing high end service delivery will positively contribute towards the ongoing success of The Torch and provide long term asset protection for Torch investors. The selection of Emrill demonstrated Select’s desire to offer the highest quality service to investors within their projects,” he said.

Select currently has three more developments under construction in the Marina with expected delivery of Bay Central and Botanica projects later this year.
