Increased interest from owners of private villas in Dubai for facilities management services besides maintenance of swimming pools and landscaping has driven business by 100 per cent for Belcare, the facilities management division of Belhasa Projects over the last one year. The strong business performance is driven by increased interest from owners of private villas in Dubai for quality facilities management services besides the maintenance works for swimming pools and landscaping. Recently, Belcare underwent a corporate identity change with a revamped logo and livery change of Belcare service fleet.
The company has also launched a 24 hour customer helpline to provide prompt service for maintenance of swimming pools, gardening and landscaping work or dealing with minor facilities management complaints in villas. According to Jaideep Mathur, business unit head of Belcare, “Although the company has been providing swimming pool and landscape maintenance services for more than 30 years, Belcare was started only three years ago to service villas in gated communities and select locations in Dubai. While majority of the customers have annual maintenance contracts with us, we also take up oneoff jobs in certain areas. Our greatest strength is that all our work is done in-house; we do not outsource any of it as we have a strong labour force. In the coming months, we are also embarking on an awareness campaign to reach out to more customers.” The new livery of Belcare fleet sports a uniform green in colour with the logo of Belhasa Projects. With over 60 Belcare vehicles and over 500 strong workforce, Belcare is all set to service the maintenance needs of the UAE community.
