Grako serves mission-critical facilities as well as iconic landmarks such as Burj Khalifa, Dubai Airports, Dubai Metro, Museum of the Future, Dubai Frame, MAF Malls, EXPO 2020 and DWTC in Dubai and Abu Dhabi servicing Etihad Towers and Rosewood and Four Seasons Hotels.

Tell us about your cleaning services
Our mission is to deliver a worldclass high-level access service that preserves asset value for our clients while ensuring their daily endeavours, customer experiences, and vision building are uninterrupted and always enriched. In essence, our mission statement, “to maintain high-level facades and landmarks keeping it gleaming and shiny to reflect the UAE’s prestigious and visionary stature”, has always been at the core of any service we offer.

How have your cleaning services evolved in the past 2 years?
In the past 2 years, we increased our Technical Teams for MEP installations. Additionally, we have been working closely with each customer to improve their access systems, cleaning methodology, and façade maintenance strategy to prolong the life of the façade – especially for some notable projects before handover from the contractors – to ensure smooth operations post-handover.
