 Established in 1995, EPSCO celebrated its silver jubilee last year. Epsco introduced to the Middle East specialist services of air duct cleaning, kitchen exhaust system cleaning, indoor air quality, professional fire and flood restoration, mold remediation and legionella control services. Today it offers a wide variety of specialist cleaning, maintenance and restoration services focused on air, water and buildings. It was the first company in the entire Middle East to get a joint certification for ISO 9001 (Quality), 14001 (Environment), and OHSAS 18001 (occupational Health and Safety) reflecting its commitment to environment, quality of service and safety. Epsco has won the “Specialsied Cleaning Company of The Year” award multiple times and has been continuously improving its ranking in the “FM Power 50”, climbing 14 points to 34 in 2021 from 48 in 2018. Epsco carries out all the works according to international standards and have memberships to relevant trade associations t like NADCA, IKECA, IIRC, IAQA, NFPA etc.

Tell us about your cleaning services

 EPSCO provides a wide range of cleaning services covering all the sectors – residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, oil and gas and marine. Most of the cleaning services offered are highly technical and are required for health, safety and performance reasons and less for cosmetic results. Our cleaning services include HVAC system cleaning, kitchen exhaust system cleaning, tanks cleaning, water system cleaning, furnace area cleaning, data center cleaning, hydrocarbon cleaning, high rise building façade cleaning, pipeline cleaning, restorative cleaning and much more. High quality cleaning services are provided in accordance with applicable local or international standards in the safest way. Our team is well qualified, certified, experienced and onboard are specialist mechanical, chemical and electrical engineers.

How have your cleaning services evolved in the past 2 years?

EPSCO addressed the challenges posed by COVID -19 pandemic successfully by timely responding to the changing situations. Epsco introduced disinfection services at the very initial stage of the pandemic, restructured some of its divisions and expanded services that were less prone to be affected by sectors that were economically affected by COVID-19. Our rope access façade cleaning division went on a big expansion. Safety of both our work force and customers was of paramount importance. To achieve this, we looked at services with less external contacts on the one hand, and appropriate protection on the other.

Which current technologies are you using in your cleaning services?

We use high powered vacuums, jetting machines, negative air machines, robotic cleaning machines for our operations. EPSCO has a wide range of high performance cleaning equipment sourced from the best suppliers in the world.

Tell us about your most significant company milestones in 2021

 2021 is the beginning of a new era as EPSCO celebrated its silver jubilee in 2020. We have very ambitious plans for the future and the region. We won the “HVAC Cleaning Company of the Year” award and improved our “Power 50” FM ranking by 3 points to 34 in 2021.

What sets your company apart from the rest?

 EPSCO uniquely provides a wide gamut of cleaning services along with maintenance and restorations services. There is no single company in the U.A.E that provides all our services. Epsco’s value system and experience and expertise is unmatched. Our collective experience is so large that we would have had the past experience of solving a problem newly faced by a customer. We are highly responsive and are the largest company in our sector capable of taking up projects of any size.
