Our guest speaker for the webinar is Judy Sebastian, General Manager at Apex Food Consultants, UAE and Founder of Apex Global Consultants, USA. Equipped with over 10 years of experience, she has a dual specialization in food safety management systems and organizational culture development. She is a speaker, writer and consultant and her contributions to the food safety community include her column in Wiley Publications, USA and Global Food Safety Resource (GFSR), Canada.

She consults businesses on food safety management systems implementation with a human-centric approach. In addition to this, Judy represented the United Arab Emirates at Expo Milano 2015 to share cross-cultural experiences and innovations in the world of dining and hospitality.
