Vectair, a global leader in aircare and hygiene solutions, announces a leadership transition designed to support the company’s continued growth and strategic priorities. Effective February 1, Peter Lipke, Vectair’s Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed Executive Chairman of the Board, and Steve Schoembs, the Vectair’s President, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Lipke has served as CEO of Vectair since December 2020, guiding the company through a period of growth and transformation, including the notable acquisitions of Big D Industries and WizKid Products in 2025. He has been instrumental in strengthening Vectair’s position in the global hygiene and aircare markets during the last five years. As Executive Chairman, Mr. Lipke will continue to support Vectair’s strategic direction, M&A priorities, and long-term growth initiatives, while working closely with the executive leadership team.

Steve Schoembs joined Vectair in October 2025 as President, leading our US sales strategy. As CEO, Mr. Schoembs will lead Vectair’s global operations, customer strategy, and innovation roadmap, continuing the company’s focus on delivering high-performance fragrance and hygiene solutions across key markets. Prior to joining Vectair, he served as the CEO of Royal Paper and held numerous roles during a nearly 20-year career at Procter & Gamble managing its largest categories and customer partnerships in the US and globally.
