The 4th edition of the Middle East Cleaning Technology Week came to an end after three hectic days of professional interaction, a showcase of technological advancements in the cleaning and hygiene industry and product launches along with plenty of business opportunities amongst the trade.
MECTW is the Middle East’s largest show on Cleaning & Hygiene, Laundry & Dry Cleaning and Car Wash & Car Care. Organised by Messe Frankfurt and VIS Exhibitions – it is the first ever global forum that unites these three niche industries. An extension of Clean Middle East Expo – which will now go into its 6th edition in the region - MECTW has been conceptualised with the objective of focusing attention on creating a sustainable future by bringing all facets of the cleaning industry under a single umbrella.
"Middle East Cleaning Technology Week is expressly targeted to cover the entire scope of the cleaning industry with its three distinct events: Gulf Laundrex for the laundry and dry-cleaning sector, Clean Middle East Expo for the cleaning-contractor segment, and Gulf Carwash for the car-care business, under one umbrella," said Nathan Lloyd, Chief Operating Officer of Messe Frankfurt Middle East, joint event organisers.
"By bringing all the principal players and stakeholders of this rapidly growing sector together, the event enables exhibitors to showcase their latest innovations and breakthrough technology on the region's most effective platform. The event also enables fruitful interaction between industry experts and regional players and promotes discussions on the key trends and developments that are shaping this rapidly-changing industry," Lloyd added.
