From a humble beginning to the current success in the market, it’s been a long cherished challenging journey for Natronic, which has emerged as a major regional player in the laundry and dry cleaning equipment segment in the Middle East. When we started marketing a new generation of laundry and dry cleaning equipment 16years ago, it was a very bumpy and weary road, but we believed in the products and newsolutions that we were offering. We were determined to continue on this path, knowing well that with the emerging trends in the UAE in general and Dubai in particular, the new concept would be recognised and accepted in a short span of time.
A few companies were willing to try out our technologyand started buying limited range of machinery, but our first major breakthrough came in 2006 when Emirates Airlines Catering Laundry Facility established the largest Central Laundry in the region, with a capacity of 45ton per day using Kannegiesser and other machinery.
It was a major milestone, showcasing the newest laundry concept in the region with its many advantages such as reduction in labour and reduced operational costs, with premium finishing and a long list of satisfied clients. We were so proud of achieving this success, and that’s when other institutions startedto seriously consider this concept. Since 2006, Linen Craft (Emirates Airline Laundry Catering Facilities)has increased its capacity in three additional phases.

The current production capacity of Linen Craft is 200 tonne daily, including Healthcare Section and Dry Cleaning facilities. In 2011,Clean Swift had a major modification, moving to its new facility in Dubai Investment Park and increasing its capacity to 60 tonnedaily. At present, many central laundries are using our machinery in limited range or complete packages. It’s our delight to announce that they are all successful and have earned goodwill in the UAE market due to our constant efforts to maintain European standards. In 2013, we had another achievement and that was the new central laundry established in Abu Dhabi named‘ Simply Better Laundry Services’ with 80 tonne daily capacity. Kannegiesser and Natronic Int. Over the last few years, we have been major supplier to many five-star hotels and Jumeirah Group in particular, plus Dubai Health Authority, VVIP establishments, and other central laundries such as Butler’s, Emco, Radiant, Primavera, and many more.
