In cooperation with Kärcher, Emrill celebrated this year’s ‘Thank Your Cleaner Day’ on October 20. The day, which is dedicated to cleaning professionals, was first celebrated in New Zealand in 2015 and has since gained global support and recognition. ’Thank Your Cleaner Day’ recognises the hard work and efforts of cleaning teams and staff across the globe who keep workplaces, buildings and public areas clean, hygienic, and safe. 

Emrill teamed up with Kärcher and visited multiple project sites to spread awareness about ‘Thank Your Cleaner Day’ and personally thank the teams responsible for their dedication to maintaining high standards of cleaning across Dubai. Emrill’s CEO, Stuart Harrison, with Kym Mayes, Emrill’s recently appointed head of soft services, and Pankaj Gera, from Emrill’s Centre of Excellence Housekeeping Team, were onsite to deliver messages of thanks and appreciation to Emrill’s housekeeping team, who attended in person and via online channels. Kärcher’s managing director, Joe Lahoud, and head of professional sales, Joe Sfeir, also joined the event as key speakers to celebrate the day.

Emrill and Kärcher showed appreciation to the cleaning teams with gifts and games, where 16 attendees won a Kärcher handheld vacuum cleaner. The day also provided an opportunity for Emrill and Kärcher to once again thank the teams for their unparalleled support and contribution to cleaning during the recent pandemic.
