Emrill, a leading UAE-based total facilities management provider, has been awarded a four-year contract to deliver mechanical, electrical and plumbing, housekeeping, lifeguard and specialist services at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai, a five-star beachfront destination located on Pearl Jumeirah.

Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai is a luxury hospitality development offering high-end accommodation, dining and leisure facilities. As part of the contract, Emrill’s scope of work covers all common areas of 117 units, 15 regular villa suites and one VIP suite, as well as the resort’s food and beverage outlets, spa and gym. The agreement also includes the maintenance and management of large landscaped areas, beachfront zones and supporting infrastructure, ensuring a consistently high standard of presentation and operational efficiency across the entire development.

A team of 76 trained facilities management professionals will deliver integrated hard and soft services. Leveraging its operational expertise, robust systems and technology-enabled service delivery, Emrill ensures smooth day-to-day operations.
