Intercare Limited, pioneers in professional washroom hygiene services, recently held a customer seminar at the Al Bustan Rotana hotel in Dubai, to present the new range from Vendor in the Netherlands.

Vendor International based in Holland since 1961, a major supplier of high-end Hygiene, and Intercare which is an established and recognized group known primarily as the “preferred provider of hygiene services in the UAE”, together hosted the event.

The seminar commenced with a welcome speech by John Colley, Chairman - Intercare Group, who congratulated Vendor on their 50th anniversary, outlining the many years of mutual business achievements. This was followed by a detailed presentation on Vendor credentials and the UAE, launch of their innovations in the hygiene sectors, which were presented by Vendor Holland.

Aleksander Gassowski - Commercial Manager-Export and Roel van de Velde, Export Director and Manager New Business conducted the presentation. The seminar generated a keen interest among Intercare’s longstanding existing clients as well as new users, who were also invited to become part of Intercare’s ever growing customer base in the UAE.

Among the many new Vendor products displayed at the venue, generating much hands-on interest among the attendees was the Vendor IQ Towel Cabinet System, the highlight of the show. This wall mounted system became the day’s show stealer due to its economy of use and elegant ergonomic design incorporating advanced technologies – a first for the Middle East & GCC markets.

This unit has unique features such as patented continuous paper and auto load systems, super strong scrim reinforced paper- available in Premium Soft, Premium Hygiene, and Premium Care variants. Together with impregnated micro capsules containing fragranced moisturizing lotion for extra soft hands, this system provides the utmost hygiene and comfort to the ever more demanding consumer with substantial time saving for in house service staff.

The seminar was a great success and concluded with a questionnaire and raffle for all those who attended, and first prize was won by Andrea Yoko from Emrill Services based in Dubai.
