Our qualified, trained and equipped cleaners clean surfaces above 3 metres from ground level whether they are in the interior or the exterior of every type of high-rise building,” informs Alain S El-Tawil, Managing Director of Grako LLC in Dubai.

High level cleaning is an exceptionally specialised work and requires special access machines and techniques such as cherry pickers, scaffolding, cradle systems, rope access, etc. and Grako provides all of them to their clients, consistent with the project needs. Grako’s rope access procedures including the personnel working on them are certified by IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association), an international body controlling all rope access companies.

Among Grako impressive repertoire of clients include Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, developed by Emaar Properties PJSC, MAF Group of companies, the Dubai World Trade Centre, and The Address Hotels + Resorts, among others. “It is a true honour to be chosen from among many international companies to service the interior and exterior cleansing of Burj Khalifa. d to Grako will allow us to reach heights unlike others,” enthuses El-Tawil.

Grako caters to clients all over the UAE and occasionally even in the neighboring countries and has more than 250 trained personnel in its employment. By the end of 2011, the company is all set to establish branches in Abu Dhabi, Qatar and Bahrain to better serve those markets.
