Imdaad to cater to RTA FM requirements

Imdaad, a leading provider of integrated facilities management solutions in the UAE, has announced that it has recently signed a contract to provide total facilities management and electromechanical services to the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).

This new agreement is in line with Imdaad’s strategy of working closely with government organizations towards realizing their business objectives, and establishing the company as a leading brand in the field of FM services and solutions in the GCC. Under the agreement, Imdaad will provide the RTA with maintenance services for electrical, mechanical and specialized systems.

The strategic partnership will ensure optimal, safe and efficient maintenance and care of all of RTA’s facilities through a dedicated team of highly trained and experienced FM professionals from Imdaad. This will be invaluable in supporting the RTA to achieve greater success in its management of Dubai’s roads, public transport and traffic systems. Imdaad’s integrated FM solution is also expected to deliver long-term cost savings for the RTA and boost its productivity and operational flexibility.

Jamal Abdullah Lootah, CEO of Imdaad, said: “The new agreement strengthens the stature of Imdaad as the FM solutions provider of choice of key institutions, as the RTA is widely recognized as one of the most highly accomplished government agencies in the UAE and in the rest of the region. Imdaad will play a crucial role in supporting the RTA as it carries out its most important responsibilities, particularly the provision and maintenance of high-quality roads and transport infrastructure. Moreover, in accordance with Imdaad’s core values of ‘People, Services and Making a Difference’, we have worked out strategies and customized solutions that comply with the highest environmental standards and sustainability norms, creating great value-added benefits for the RTA and all stakeholders of the roads and transport sector.”

Abdullah Al Madani, CEO of RTA Corporate Technical Support, expressed his satisfaction on this contract: “RTA and all its subsidiaries are keen on leveraging the latest technologies that will enhance the level of services provided to the public and all social segments, in alignment with the prominent stature that the UAE and the Emirate of Dubai enjoy in the region and in the global community.”
