Macro gets new Global fm24 Director


International facilities management business major Macro has announced the appointment of Imran Akram as the new Global fm24 Director and Sasha Memedovic as the Head of Service Delivery for fm24, Macro’s 24/7 global helpdesk & CAFM service.

Macro has appointed Imran Akram as the new fm24 Director to support worldwide growth for its helpdesk, CAFM and reactive and asset management functions. He has 15 years’ FM experience and has been Director of Macro’s CAFM helpdesk in the Middle East since 2009. Working through a global platform, all fm24 capabilities have been brought together under one virtual roof, providing greater business continuity.

Sasha Memedovic has also joined as Head of Service Delivery for fm24. He previously spent 17 years with WSP, most recently as Lead Director of Knowledge Solutions. He brings a proven track record in delivering 24/7 operational excellence and leading the delivery of transformation projects.
